The SHARK HD520 CNC router features a 25” x 50” x 7” cutting area, ideal for both home shops and production environments. It comes ready to use with Vectric VCarve Desktop software, a color pendant controller, two hold-down clamps, a carbide V-bit, and unique Virtual Zero Unlimited software.

With a 28” x 63” table and an aluminum router mount for 3.5” barrel routers or a water-cooled spindle, the HD520 also has sturdy linear gantry rails.

It can be controlled via a pendant or a computer, making it suitable for projects like plaques, signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts from wood, Non-Ferrous Metals, or plastics.

This versatile machine enhances woodworking capabilities with 3D carving functionality and includes a model library for creating detailed relief carvings, inlays, and engravings.

Suitable for all skill levels, the HD520 can be used for custom parts, joinery, and decorative projects.

Control options include: 1. Using Vectric VCarve Pro software, create your project and transfer it to a USB drive for direct use with the pendant’s touch screen interface. 2.
