Grizzly is the Choice of Metalworkers
Our lathes have the features metalworkers are looking for
Our efficient lathes include benchtop models for precision machining with the convenience of a smaller footprint, as well as traditional gearhead and gunsmithing lathes with advanced features and high capacity for extensive turning, facing, and drilling.
Features of some of our lathes include:
- Convenient variable speed
- Digital readouts
- Front-mounted levers
- Built-in coolant system
Benchtop Metal Lathes
Complete every metal-shaping project on your list without going all in on an industrial metal lathe. Instead, choose from our selection of benchtop metal lathes!
Each lathe is packed with the options you need for precision machining, with the convenience of a smaller footprint. The variable speed and digital display allow you to maintain a perfect cutting speed no matter the task. And there will be no stopping your productivity; most of our benchtop metal lathes come with 1 HP motors.
Gunsmithing Lathes
Complicated gunsmithing processes require precision components, and Grizzly didn't skimp on quality for our gunsmithing lathes. Key components of our top-of-the line machine include super high-precision spindle bearings, coolant nozzles for chambering, and a longer tailstock for barrel support.
Additional options of these specialized lathes include gearhead spindles, digital readouts, 3- and 4-jaw chucks, chip trays, splash guards, and stands.
Other Metal Lathe Types
Grizzly offers unique metal lathes that address specific metalworking needs and provide greater convenience. Our combination lathe/mill offers a built-in slide and cross slide that doubles as a mill table to maximize the use of just one machine.
Our gearhead lathes make shifting gears easy with front-mounted levers, and our variable-speed lathe allows you to change speeds with a simple turn of the dial.
