Product description
Four-axis pulse equivalent setting:
Mach3 system setting:
- Number of pulses required for 1 degree
- (Number of pulses for 1 revolution of the motor x number of fine points of the driver x reduction ratio) ÷ 360 degrees
- For example, two-phase 86 motor, fine fraction 16, reduction ratio 4:1
- (200×16×4)÷360=35.555555555555555)
VI-VO-TEK system setting:
- Angle travelled by 1 pulse
- 360 degrees ÷ (motor 1 circle pulse × drive fine points × reduction ratio)
- For example: two-phase 86 motor, the number of fine points 16, reduction ratio: 1
- 360÷(200×16×4)=0.028125
If the X or Y axis is used instead the algorithm is:
- Circumference ÷ (motor 1 turn pulse number × driver fine fraction × reduction ratio)
- The equivalents are set for engraving round bars of different sizes
