Applications:
Spindle speed up to 24000 rpm, usually used in CNC router engraver milling machine, can be engraved wood, plastic, acrylic, pvc, pcb, high carbon fiber, density board and soft metal like copper, aluminum and the similar materials.
Water-Cooled Spindle Motor
The diameter of the spindle is 80mm, using scientific water circulation design, the heat dissipation effect is better, which can ensure the smooth running of the spindle.
0-24000RPM Speed of The Spindle Motor
Because it is a high-speed spindle motor, the spindle speed must not be lower than 9000 rpm during the use of the spindle. It should be noted that the spindle only can rotate clockwise but not counterclockwise.
How to Connect The Spindle Motor
The spindle motor's aviation plug marked with number 1, 2, 3, 4. Number 1, 2, 3 port are connected with inverter's port U, V, W respectively. Number 4 is the ground wire.

- DC+ / DC- : DC output + terminal, DC bus output terminal is used for connecting external brake unit or common DC bus system.
- DB: Brake output terminal, connecting brake resistor between DB and DC+
- PE: Earthing terminal, inverter housing earthing terminal must be earthed.
